Five sectors, one accountable team.

From single-family rewires to fiber backbones, every job is run by a licensed PM, scoped from the field, and turned over with documentation. No subbing-out unless the scope demands it — and when it does, we own the schedule.

01

Residential installations

Whole-house wiring, panel upgrades, EV charger circuits, smart-home rough-in, generator transfer switches, and ground-up rewires for older homes. Pulled permits, inspections coordinated, and a clean turnover packet for the homeowner.

— How we work

A four-step process designed to remove surprises.

— Step 01

Field walk & scope

A licensed PM visits the site, walks the work, and writes a scope you can hand to a third party and get the same number back.

— Step 02

Estimate & lead times

Itemized quote with vendor-confirmed lead times on long-lead items. No "to be determined" — if it's flexible, we say so.

— Step 03

Install & document

Crew on-site with daily progress notes. Photos archived per circuit, change orders logged the day they happen.

— Step 04

Inspection & turnover

We coordinate inspections, fix punch items same week, and hand over labeled drawings + warranty documentation.

— Why TEA

A contractor that shows up, documents the work, and gets the inspector to sign on the first walk.
